Everything else disappears.
There is a world in every person's mind. Different perceptions —or
I rather say different points of view, perspectives— of a thing we call reality.
Sometimes we focus on something, ignoring the rest. As if this reality collapsed into a narrow set of elements,
for a moment, that small space becomes your entire life, your only reality.
I've experienced this while eating a delicious meal, when solving a difficult challenge,
when being with loved ones. When falling in love. This event becomes the totality.
Overwhelming everything else. It is also experienced when something really sad happens,
or under exceptional pain. Something becomes everything. And everything else disappears.
